You're Mean started off as a joke-song while I was trying to process my feelings after a one-night-stand went terribly wrong. It turned out to be such a fun burst of energy that I decided to get some live guitars on it to make it a Weezer-esque feminist bop. Now it's my own personal indie-rock anthem for whenever anyone pisses me off. I hope it becomes yours too!
